INGREDIENTS

  • 15 Brussel sprouts (cut in half)

  • 3 TBSP olive oil

  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

  • 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar

  • 1 TBSP honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prep and Cut Brussel sprouts in halves

  2. In a large bowl, place in your Brussel sprout halves, pour 2 TBSP of olive oil, salt & pepper, and mix together

  3. Place your coated Brussel sprouts onto a baking sheet, and bake in oven on 425 degrees for 25 minutes

  4. After baking, put Brussel sprouts into a mixing bowl with another TBSP of olive oil, 1 TBSP of balsamic vinegar, 1 TBSP of honey, and mix together

  5. Serve and enjoy!
