Kale Chip Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of kale leaves chopped into small chip-size bites

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 pinch sea salt

  • 1 pinch garlic powder

  • 1 pinch smoked paprika


How To Make Kale Chips:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Fill a large mixing bowl with the kale, and then pour in olive oil.

  3. Mix around until the oil lightly coats all of the kale.

  4. Sprinkle the seasoning over the kale, to taste.

  5. Spread the kale out evenly on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy.

  7. Let cool for 3 minutes and then remove from baking sheet and eat up!
