Meet Natalie, an inspiring 25 year old who spends her days helping others as a level 1 trauma, cardiovascular, surgical intensive care registered nurse. She started Keto on April 18th, 2018 and has not looked back since!

“To be honest, I have seen the plague of poor diet and health take over my patients. It was January of 2018, I was the heaviest I had ever been at 215 pounds and I remember taking care of a patient who was 500+ lbs. My body ached, I had no focus, I was mentally and emotionally exhausted and felt like a failure to my patients for not leading by example. I would preach how they needed to get their diet in check and exercise, then I would go get fast food after my 12 hour shift. I was ready to make a change.”

She’s gone from 215lbs down to 160lbs! However, it’s about so much more than just weight loss for Natalie.

“I don't stay keto for the weight loss, I stay keto because I feel better when I fuel my body with real food. My mood is better, my relationships, energy, my relationship with food is cured, my body isn't sore all the time because my inflammation is gone. Keto is sustainable and makes me feel the best.”

As someone who spends her career helping others, it’s no wonder that her mission is to inspire people to change their life like she did.

“My goals are to keep sharing the keto conversation and helping 1 or many transition over their life to a healthier and happier one. To be proactive in our health instead of reactive when we battle diseases and illness. My advice to others is to keep it simple. Meats, veggies, healthy fats. Cut sugary drinks and processed foods out and fall in love with your kitchen. Focus on how you feel, not the scale. This isn't a quick fix, this is about you changing your outcomes and health with how you fuel your body.”
